Job Description
- To assist and manage the affairs of the Chairman’s Office and Board of Directors administratively, as required.
- To provide written and verbal Arabic-English translation for the Board related documents and support arrangements as required.
- To keep records of all Board meetings and board-related diaries and activities.
- To always ensure effective communications between the Board of Directors.
- To provide support for any reasonable requests by the Chairman.
- Supervision of secretarial support team at HQ.
- Undertake any task, requested, by the Chairman, CEO, or Board Directors.
- The Management of the Chairman’s requirements and issues, providing solutions with associated well-organized documentation and filing.
- Organization of MMPP leadership calendars accurately, and associated arrangements.
- Schedule appointments, as required to minimize wasted waiting time by visitors and employees in HQ.
- Excellent organization and prompt responses to requirements.
- The professional approach is always as the representative of the Chairman and Board.
- Initiative-taking cooperation with HQ colleagues.
- High standard of workmanship, timeliness, and presentation – with a focused “customer service” attitude.
Job Requirements
- Experience in previous Executive support roles in reputable internationally orientated companies.
- English Language fluency and translation skills.
- A University degree is preferable.
- Highly efficient and organized.
- Excellent communication skills at any level in the company, spoken and written.
- Microsoft 365 Office experience and skills.
- Strict confidentiality and discretion in undertaking the role.
- Excellent presentation skills and customer service orientation in undertaking all tasks.
- Application of international best practice standards.
