Women candidates are preferred for this role, in line with our company's diversity and equal opportunity initiatives.JD - Working Capital (CM) Job Description: Strong knowledge of working capital management consisting of raising funds (short term and long term), tie up and renewal of banking limits.Having experience of handling large banking consortium.Having expertise of all kinds of working capital products (domestic & foreign) and structure financing available.Having experience of handling trade finance (domestic & foreign) majorly Bank Guarantee, Letter of Credits, Buyers Credit, Suppliers Credit, Discounting, Factoring, Vendor Financing, MSME financing, Export-Import financing and handling relevant documents, etc.Having in-depth understanding of cash flow management with solution approach to mitigate mismatches.Strong understanding of balance sheet and developing financial models / CMA for the business / banks for raising funds.Strong relationships with Banks & Financial InstitutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHaving experience in leading small team size of alteast 4 membersAbility to work under challenging situation and align others around initiatives that are critical for future successUses logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Excellent negotiation skills having eye on treasury revenue building Having experience in handling credit rating Having knowledge of EPC and Power sector is an advantage Having knowledge of TRM / SAP is an advantage AGG
