General DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned Director of Brand Strategy for our digital vertical SWAY. The ideal candidate should have a profound understanding of creative brand development, consumer insights, and market trends. This position demands a strategic thinker capable of guiding clients in creating and sustaining impactful brands.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering collaboration and high performance and plan submissions for relevant awards.Brand Development: Create and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with client objectives and drive growth.Consumer Insights: Utilise research and data to uncover consumer insights, identify market opportunities, and guide strategic decisions.Campaign Planning: Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Client Relations: Act as the primary strategic advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality strategic recommendations.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitive landscapes, identify trends, and anticipate industry shifts.Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging practices, sharing knowledge with the team and clients.Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.New Business Development: Support business development efforts by providing strategic insights and contributing to pitch presentations.Position RequisitesEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in brand strategy, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop successful creative brand strategies for leading brands.Consumer-Centric: Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market research methodologies.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams.Client Management: Strong client-facing skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to drive strategic decisions.Creative Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams to translate strategic insights into compelling advertising campaigns.Other InformationLocation: Sector 54, GurugramApplicants may apply below or write to digitallead@thrs.co along with their resume and the following details:Current companyDesignationTotal years of experience in brand strategyAnnual CTC (in a fixed+variable split if so structured)Notice periodAbout THRSLocated in Delhi, Mumbai and Dubai, THRS is the region's leading Integrated Representation business for luxury hospitality and tourism brands worldwide.
