Eram Talent, a leading Talent Acquisition Company, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Supervisor for Construction & Pre-Commissioning Phases to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of construction and pre-commissioning activities for our esteemed clients. Eram Talent is committed to providing exceptional recruitment solutions, and your expertise will contribute to our success in maintaining high standards of quality and safety in construction projects.Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies for construction and pre-commissioning phases. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and audits to evaluate and verify the quality of construction activities and pre-commissioning processes. Review and approve quality control documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records. Collaborate with project teams to identify areas for improvement in construction and pre-commissioning processes and implement effective solutions. Manage non-conformance and corrective action processes, working closely with contractors and subcontractors to address quality issues. Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion of work. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and provide regular reports and updates to project management. Coordinate with other stakeholders, such as engineering teams and client representatives, to ensure smooth and efficient execution of quality control activities.
