JOBINFORMATION Job Title: AssistantConsultant Of Neurosurgery Department SHORT DESCRIPTION An Excellent opportunity to join asa Neurosurgery Assistant Consultantfor one of the most prestigious and toptier leading Hospital in TaifSaudi ArabiaJOB SUMMARY :Exciting opportunity for aneurosurgery Assistant Consultant at a toptier in Saudi Arabia would be responsible for providing advancedand treatment to patients with neurological disorders and injuriesmanaging patient care and ensuring their safety during proceduresreviewing and interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging monitoringpatient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly andproviding education and support to patients and their families MAIN DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Demonstrate advanced clinical skills inNeurosurgery.Manage complex medical casesindependently.Provide leadership in deliveringhighquality patient care.Supervise and mentorjunior medical staff and residents.Contributeto the training and development of medicalteams.Collaborate closely with consultants andspecialists in multidisciplinary teams.Offerexpert consultations on challenging medicalcases.Engage in clinical researchactivities.Contribute to academic programsteaching and training initiatives.Participatein quality improvement initiatives.Implementand adhere to evidencebased medicalpractices.Assume leadership responsibilitieswithin the medical department.Contribute todecisionmaking processes related to patient care and departmentalpolicies.Pursue continuous professionaldevelopment and stay abreast of advancements in the medicalfield.Attend conferences and workshops toenhance knowledge and skills.Advocate forpatient rights and welfare.Ensure apatientcentered approach in medicalcare.Ensure compliance with hospital policiesand regulations.Lead and participate inemergency medical responses.Provide expertisein critical and urgent medical situations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: Graduate from amedical school of good standing.Completion ofrequired period of training inNeurosurgery.(Arab Jordanian Lebanese )Boardcertification in the relevant medical specialty is typically required or equivalent. fulfillingthe criteria for Senior Registrar as required A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is amust Dataflow is a must. ProfessionalExperience From 02 to04 years of experience after certification.Aregistered member of the Saudi Board Council ispreferable.LanguageProficiency in English; additional proficiencyin Arabic may be beneficial.ReferencesPositive professional references attesting tothe candidates skills and ethicalconduct.Remote Work : No
