Eram Talent is currently seeking an experienced Environmental Stewardship Lead to join our team. As a leading talent acquisition consultancy, Eram Talent specializes in connecting top talent with reputable companies in various industries. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing environmental stewardship initiatives for our clients in Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement environmental stewardship strategies and programs to promote sustainable practicesEnsure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and standardsConduct environmental assessments and audits to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvementLead and manage the implementation of environmental projects and initiativesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive environmental programs and initiativesMonitor and report on environmental performance and progress towards sustainability goalsStay updated on emerging environmental trends and best practicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related fieldMinimum of 4 years of experience in environmental stewardship or a related roleStrong knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and standardsExperience in developing and implementing environmental strategies and initiativesExcellent leadership and project management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teamsFluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plusBenefitsSalary is not a constraint; the company is looking for the right candidate.
