We seek an experiencedSystem Technical Leadwho possesses a strong technical acumen and exceptional leadership skills. This position requires an individual who can effectively oversee and mentor the technical team, ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services to our diverse client base.About this position:
The System Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the technical team, troubleshooting complex system issues, implementing best practices, and serving as the primary technical contact for clients. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of system architecture, cloud services, and network security protocols.This role will require you to work closely with management to develop strategies for enhancing service delivery and improving team performance. You will also be actively involved in project planning and execution, ensuring that client requirements are met on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers and administratorsTroubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues as necessaryOversee system installations, upgrades, and configurationsEnsure compliance with security policies and proceduresParticipate in client meetings to discuss project requirements and deliverablesSupport the continuous improvement of processes and proceduresCoordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurementAssist in the development of client reports and documentationConduct training sessions for team members and clientsRequirements:5+ years of experience in a systems technical lead role or similarStrong knowledge of system architecture and cloud servicesProficiency in managing and troubleshooting both Windows and Linux environmentsExperience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)Understanding of network protocols and security best practicesHands-on experience with disaster recovery and backup solutionsFamiliarity with monitoring and performance tuning of server systemsExcellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientationProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work collaboratively within a team and across departmentsBS/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
