What is Expert Channel Performance & Commissions?

The role reports directly to the Manager Channel Digitization, commissions & Support.

What does Expert Channel Performance & Commissions do?

Calculate monthly and quarterly sale Channel commissions (franchise, retailer, DO's, sale staff and business partners) accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with finance and Business intelligence teams to gather relevant data & improve overall commission calculation processes.

Liaise with regional teams to address commission-related inquiries, discrepancies, and payment schedules.

Continuously enhance commission models and frameworks to support business goals.

Partner with the finance department to align commission payments with budgeting requirements and accounting standards.

Maintain comprehensive documentation for commission processes and support audits.

Need excellent interpersonal abilities, basic business skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Collaborate with regional teams to communicate micro-level targets & address inquiries.

Management of sale targets, into relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

Trends analysis and insights for Management review.

Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on commission performance, trends, and budget alignment.

Understanding of ROI and channel profitability analysis.

Provide actionable insights to stakeholders regarding commission structures and identify opportunities for optimizing payouts.

Requirements

3+ years in commercial department, Distribution division, channel planning or a related field (Prior Telco experience would be a plus).

Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, JIRA.

Strong analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach, capable of spotting trends and identifying process improvements.

Proficiency in managing and analysing large datasets.

Ability to collaborate effectively, comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and adapt to new technologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
