Product Assistant / Executive 產品助理

Job Duty Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day merchandising process from souring, product development, order allocation, preorder and shipment scheduling
- Maintain and update procurement and product entries in ERP system and online store
- Coordinate with the sales team and logistics team to ensure on-time delivery of shipments
- Coordinate with retail stores for inventory control and preorder management
- Prepare various kind of stock/sale analysis report
- Research the markets and monitor market trend to assist the teams to perform product planning and forecast
- Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as requested by the manager
Requirements:
- Secondary School Certificate or above
- Proficient in MS Office tools and Chinese typing, knowledge in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator etc. is a plus
- Well- organized, self- motivated, flexible and able to work independently
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
