Project Manager A strong player that supplies and services smoke, fire, and ventilation systems are now seeking a Project Manager! THE COMPANY: Established for over 20 years, our client is one of Ireland's leading suppliers of smoke and natural ventilation systems. Our client has a growing customer base across Ireland providing installation, maintenance and servicing of smoke and natural ventilation systems. With a growing client base inclusive of the private and commercial sectors to name a few and an annual financial turnover in the millions our client is now in the position to take on a Project Manager for their growing workforce. THE ROLE: The successful candidate will mainly be based in Dublin but will occasionally travel outside of this area, and will have the following duties: Managing multiple projects at any given time Mostly looking after projects during the construction stage Planning, scheduling and coordinating all works on-site, including labour and equipment Attending and chairing site meetings to monitor progress and keeping the project team updated on planning, schedules and deadlines Oversight of Quality Control as well as Health and Safety Monitoring and controlling budget and expenditure and resolution of final accounts THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds: Previous project management experience in construction is extremely advantageous Those with a strong level of site experience including site managers, site foremen, construction managers and projects engineers will also be seriously considered An electrical background is desirable but a mechanical or general construction bias will also be considered THE PACKAGE: Salary: €65-85k (Depending on trade and experience) Company Vehicle Fuelcard Pension Laptop Phone LOCATION: Dublin Applications are encouraged from any candidates living within a commutable distance to Dublin!
