We are looking for an experiencedRoad Civil Engineerwith a minimum of 10 years of experience working on large-scalePMO projects. The candidate will be responsible for leading the design, construction, and management of road infrastructure projects within a PMO framework. This role requires strong expertise in road engineering, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects within the scope and budget.Responsibilities:Lead the design and construction of road and highway infrastructure projects under the PMO framework.Develop detailed engineering plans, technical specifications, and project documentation using CAD software and other engineering tools.Collaborate with the PMO to ensure alignment of road engineering activities with overall project goals, schedules, and budgets.Supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control, and regulatory requirements.Monitor project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and the PMO.Conduct site assessments and surveys to ensure accurate project planning and execution.Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and other external partners involved in the project, ensuring seamless coordination.Lead risk management efforts, identifying and mitigating potential issues before they affect project timelines or costs.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as environmental and safety guidelines.Work closely with the PMO team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and expectations are managed.Prepare and deliver technical reports, designs, and updates to the PMO, senior management, and other key stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in road engineering, with a focus on PMO projects.Strong proficiency in CAD software and engineering design tools.Proven track record of managing large-scale road and infrastructure projects within a PMO environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.In-depth knowledge of road construction processes, materials, and technologies.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with experience in risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation.Familiarity with local, national, and international road engineering standards and regulations.Preferred Qualifications:PMP, CCP, or other relevant certifications.Experience working on government-funded or large-scale public infrastructure projects.
