With offices located in Germany, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Egypt, Müller's Solutions excels at delivering innovative solutions that drive progress and success. Trusted by numerous organizations locally and regionally, we empower businesses to optimize operations, unlock top talent, and streamline processes.As an Office Administrator at Müller's Solutions, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will handle day-to-day office activities, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and appointments, and assisting in HR and finance-related tasks. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image of our company.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and handling general administrative tasksSchedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the teamAssist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee recordsHandle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting them as necessaryProvide a warm and professional welcome to visitors and clientsEnsure the office is well-organized and presentable at all timesAssist in organizing company events and social activitiesRequirementsProven experience as an Office Administrator or similar administrative roleExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of basic HR and finance processes is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferredBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.
