Warehouse Coordinator - 5020 - N-5020-0009Job DescriptionAssist in overseeing daily operations of the warehouse, primarily the flow of inventory into and out of the warehouse. Ensure safe and timely shipping, distribution, storing, packaging, and transporting of inventory in the facility.Responsibilities & DutiesRecommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls.Ensure proper implementation and control of group policies and procedures.Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries.Oversee and assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries.Allocate and organize storage locations according to requirements.Prepare orders to be shipped.Allocate and troubleshoot on WMS.Ensure proper packaging and labeling of shipments.Ensure shipping counts match the order documents.Process and coordinate customer returns.Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming inventory.Ensure strict adherence to all housekeeping and warehouse standards.Maintain physical security of the warehouse and the stock in it.Report results and unusual situations to the Warehouse Supervisor.Supervise all activities in the warehouse to ensure that everything is done properly as per guidelines provided by management.Ensure QHSE operational procedures are in place at all times and report QHSE performance to the relevant department.Ensure the implementation and full compliance with training, communication, and awareness programs and procedures.Communicate timely audit reports and ensure tracking of audit actions and closure as planned.Execute projects in alignment with Starlinks QSSE standards and local legislation.Ensure that people development plans are met in QSSE areas.Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the QSSE Management System (MS) in accordance with legislation, Starlinks QSSE management systems, and relevant QSSE standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks.Report incidents related to quality, safety, and security to the QSSE department in a timely manner and in accordance with the incident reporting and investigation procedure.Ensure product recalls are conducted in accordance with local regulations and Starlinks QSSE standards.Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments as requested by the direct supervisor/manager.
