Senior Ui/ux Designer

YODO is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with almost 3+ years of relevant experience in the field.Responsibilities:Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.

Quickly and thoroughly create workflows, wireframes, design mockups and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives and features.

Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UIs.

Establish and drive the overall UX/UI vision and strategy for our products.

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for user interfaces.

Conduct user research and testing to identify and implement design improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to create cohesive product experiences.

Continually evaluate and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback.

Maintain and enforce design standards and style guides.

Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies in the UI/UX space.Skillset:3+ Years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.

Expertise in UX/UI tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, XD, Quartz, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Knowledge of user research and testing methodologies.

Ability to communicate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams if needed.

Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
