Requirements: •Grade 12 •Minimum 5 years' experience in a fast paced global FMCG environment •Minimum 3-5 years' management experience •Previous experience managing a small but diverse staff compliment, as well as several external service providers •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to contribute at strategic level and the ability to manage a wide scope of operational activities and stakeholders •Leadership, Motivation, Innovation and Team Skills •Drive efficiencies and cost metrics within Supply Chain
