Job Responsibilities & Authorities:-· To Identify and establish new business · To plan & Execute Organisational sales visits · To get registered with customers (e- registration if required) and generate enquiries. · To establish a full understanding of customers requirements at all levels and to ensure that company is regarded as a preferred vendor / service provider to all accounts. · To Liaise with existing clients, THQ -Japan/AEG for spare prices and submit tenders · To convert offers into orders and complete documentation and other formalities pertaining to order. · To coordinate with procurement & service department to meet the delivery schedule of orders · To submit dispatch documents & collect payments, GST- forms and TDS certificates from Customers · To support in preparing tenders, proposals and quotations · To Provide pre-sales and post-sales support · To Negotiate contracts, terms and conditions · To Review cost and sales performance · To submit reports after sales visit and update about the status to RM and Management · Must be able to travel up to 60% of the time. · To Provide product education and advice to customers · To Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings · To coordinate with Accounts department regarding accounts receivables and other forms and certificates (GST- forms and TDS certificates) receivables · To update service department regarding input details & orders expected and intimate about customer specific requirements to complete the jobs · To Ensure that sales targets are met. Customer Responsibility: -· To have regular interaction with customers and provide latest update on Torishima activities and support to solve their problems and queries · To maintain good rapport with customers to generate enquiries and conversion of offers into orders and realization of payments. Qualification:BE Mechanical Work Experience: · Should have worked in Sales & Marketing of Engineering Industries, Having profound knowledge of After Sales & service market in Pumps and rotating equipment’s and handled customers in Power, Steel, Oil & Gas and Engineering Industries etc. · Knowledge of sales Activities- Generating enquiries, E- tendering system, negotiations, orders executions, payments collections etc. · A minimum work experience of 8-10 years in Pumps, Engineering & rotating equipments is required. Competencies: · Strong technical knowledge & Sales skills · Sound judgement and good business sense · Teamworking ability · The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively · Analytical and problem-solving skills · Resilience and tenacity · Documentation skills · Complete knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation slides etc. · Awareness about EMS · To save Power/ Water with related to EMS · Ensure preparation of documentation for ISO audits.
