Responsibilities: Overall: Responsible for orders and revenue growth of Chromatography products in Singapore. Develop and maintain good business partnerships with all customers. Network actively with the scientific community to understand the current and future market trends. Perform any other job duty as assigned by the manager. Pre-sales (70%): Build funnels via account planning, mapping, and data analysis to provide accurate forecasts and sales strategy. Develop and execute go-to-market strategy. Work with other sales members to ensure offerings of total solutions and presenting to new and existing customers. Understand market trends and competitive situation. Faithfully update sales opportunity records in CRM/Salesforce.com. Post-sales (30%): Conduct training and responsible for collateral development, joint customer visits, and regular communication. Conduct after-sales activities by providing technical and software training, method set-up, and responding to customers’ queries.
