About The Company:Incorporated in 2006, the company is a non-banking financial company (NBFC) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). With an assets under management (AUM) of approximately Rs 4,000 crores, the NBFC operates over 170 branches across 11 states and employs around 2,000 people. It primarily serves the MSME sector by offering both secured and unsecured business loans, as well as loans for used vehicles.Job DescriptionAssist the Team Lead / Head in the development and execution of annual audit plans.Conduct comprehensive process audits to evaluate internal controls, efficiency, and adherence to established policies and regulations.Perform functional audits across different business functions such as operations, finance, risk management & compliance.Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend corrective actions for process improvements.Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and suggested solutions for management.Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth implementation of audit recommendations.Support the internal audit team in ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.Monitor and track the implementation of corrective actions arising from previous audits.Stay updated on industry best practices and relevant regulations impacting NBFCs. Qualifications & Skills:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 - 4 years of prior experience in Internal Audit, preferably in NBFCs / banks.Strong understanding of internal audit standards, risk management & financial regulations.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with audit management software is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present audit findings clearly and effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
