Role Overview: Support the lead designer in developing innovative designs that align with Tilsim's brand vision. This role provides hands-on experience in the creative process, from initial sketches to final production.Responsibilities:Assist in sketching, designing, and developing collections.Source and research fabrics and materials.Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure quality and alignment with design concepts.Skills Required: Strong design skills, familiarity with design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop),Hand sketches, attention to detail, and a keen sense of aesthetics and current trends.
