Purpose of Role Account Implementation1. Responsible for new client account implementation & new product roll out for existing customers2. Responsible for maintaining thorough documentation for all implementations3. Project Manage all implementations until Go Live4. Manage client expectations during the client implementation period by discussing progress with the client &; internal team at least once a week5. Build & maintain a close working relationship with the client by being the first point of contact for technical &/or advisory services during the implementation6. Coordinate with cross functional teams internally in defining all functional process7. Build & share Implementation Planner along with Milestones and Responsibilities within the internal teams8. Complete the following: Escalation Metrics, SLA, SOP, Knowledge Bank Creation, upload of client private fares & others as per client requirement9. Ensure internal technology is in place for the Go-Live of new account10. Ensure seamless implementation delivery of new accounts assignedKindly drop mail to Smita.Kunju@Sotc.in AGG
