With a legacy of excellence spanning decades, Shyam Steel continues to be at the forefront of technological advancements and customer satisfaction. - TMT Division, Paints Division and Tech Based Construction Market Place. :You will be responsible for spearheading all key marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, increase top-of-mind awareness (TOMA), and drive overall business growth. This role will require strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and a basic understanding of the building material industry and its adjacent verticals. : , Key Responsibilities: : Oversee brand positioning, visibility and identity across all communication channels. Ensure brand consistency and integrity in all marketing efforts. : Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels including traditional media, digital platforms, events, sponsorships, etc. : Liaise with external agencies and vendors for marketing communications, advertising, public relations, media buying, and other related activities. Monitor agency performance and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives. : Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics. : Lead and mentor individual teams responsible for different marketing domains including Above the Line (ATL), Below the Line (BTL), digital marketing, etc. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the marketing department. : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Regularly monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. : Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. - : Collaborate with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives. : Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive brand growth, market share, and revenue.Candidates with minimum 20 yrs experience in branding - ATL , BTL , digital marketing with exposure in pan India operations , Kindly share your resume at . @ . ̲ AGG
