Greetings from Adecco!!!!We are in the screening process for "Project Manager/ PMO Lead" professionals for a Leading Health Resource CompanyCompany: Health ResourceLocation: ChennaiPosition: Project Manager/ PMO LeadExp: 10+ yearsJob Responsibilities:Strategic PlanningDevelop detailed mid & long-range plans, business forecasts, strategic roadmap to grow and scale business.Develop and refine business strategies (both organic and inorganic) in alignment with the vision, mission, and priorities.Work on business case for new market entry, category expansion or creation informed by market opportunity study so as to expand footprints to newer markets and thus grow business sustainably.Market Intelligence, Research & Inputs for Strategy DevelopmentGather market information/research/data to provide intelligent inputs to develop futuristic plans & interventionsBring in industry insights with an outside in perspective to enable company growth and sustain the leadership role.Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor project performance, track progress against goals, and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities.Work closely with business functions to understand the parameters, KPIs to review the current business and establish operating rhythm and ongoing cadences.Coordinate with other cross-functional leaders to for tracking progress of various programs & reporting to senior leadership.Apply dash-boarding and automation capabilities to provide meaningful business performance insights for the senior leadership.Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership:Establish and lead the PMO function, providing governance, standards, and support for project management across the organization.Define project management methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure consistent execution and delivery of projects.Oversee key projects & drive program management initiatives.Be the central SPOC to manage partner relationships, contracts, SLAs etc.,Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to foster alignment and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.Build strong relationships with business leaders, project teams, and external partners to support collaboration and teamworkQualificationsProfessional with "10+ yrs experience in strategic planning, project management, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving organizational change and delivering business results.Interested candidates can share their updated resume on "ramyasri.markanti@adecco.com" in Word/PDF form, with Current salary details AGG
