Job Description:Develop electrical designs for solar power systems, including photovoltaic (PV) arrays, inverters, combiner boxes, transformers, and other related equipment.Create single-line diagrams, wiring schematics, grounding plans, and other detailed design documents using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).Conduct load calculations, energy yield simulations, and other engineering analyses to optimize system performance.Collaborate with project managers, civil and structural engineers, and other team members to ensure integrated and cohesive design solutions.Participate in project planning meetings and provide technical input on electrical design aspects.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to specify and procure electrical components and equipment.Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEC, local codes).Prepare and submit permit applications and other documentation required for project approval.Preferred candidate profile3-8 years of experience in electrical design engineering, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and electrical design tools (e.g., ETAP, PVSyst).Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, solar technologies, and industry standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Knowledge of project management principles and experience with EPC projects is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is mustJob Location: Noida/Gurugram AGG
