We are looking for a driven and innovative Product Manager focused on Web Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Product Management, particularly in web-based projects, and be passionate about creating impactful, user-centered web experiences. With at least 3 years of Product Management experience, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver seamless, user-friendly web products that align with the company's vision.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy and Roadmap:Define, develop, and execute product roadmaps for web development projects in alignment with business goals.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize web product strategies.Identify new product opportunities and drive product vision for web-based solutions.User-Centered Design and Development:Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for all web products.Oversee the user research process, ensuring the development of features that address user pain points effectively.Establish web-based product specifications, ensuring alignment between design and engineering teams.Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration:Coordinate with engineering, QA, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and updates.Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve challenges to keep projects on schedule.Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.Performance Tracking and Optimization:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success.Regularly analyze product performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements.Utilize data-driven insights to iterate and improve products continuously.Customer-Focused Development:Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that web development initiatives address customer needs and provide optimal experiences.Engage in customer and stakeholder interviews to validate product ideas and gather feedback for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Experience:At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within web development or a similar digital product domain.Proven track record of managing and delivering successful web products from concept through launch.Skills:Strong understanding of web technologies and development processes, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (familiarity, not hands-on coding required).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, as well as analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.Education:Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
