You should have sound knowledge of various Mechanical systems, especially Fire Protection, HVAC, PHE, Compressed air systems etc. You should have substantial experience in designs of complex projects, Design of industries and other building projects, Infrastructure projects stage working, Risk Assessments, managing projects, Interfacing with other disciplines, & client. will be involved in bid support and reviewing the estimates produced by pursuit team. Role accountabilities:Complex design deliverables for major projects for Fire, HVAC, PHE, and related systemsAuto CAD is a must and Revit (as value add).Pipe sizing and Hydraulic Calculation software's like PipeNet, HASS, Canute and equivalent is a must.Knowledge about CFD, QRA and hand on knowledge about software's like ANSYS Fluent, Detect 3D, Effigy or equivalent will be a value addition.Standards - NFPA, NBC, ASHARE, IS, IPC, IBC, API, OISD and ANSI (as an add on)Assist design teams in finding optimal solution to meet their project requirements.Be part of tender teams and advice on technical solution.To work with colleagues who are managing very large or complex multi-disciplinary projects along with technical guidance.Continuously improve design processes leveraging technology to minimize risk. Actively involved in discipline and organizational initiatives that are aimed for betterment of organization and people.Actively innovate to ensure all projects contribute to sustainable developments.Have some understanding of future trends and technologies and assist in implementing them in our projects.Actively amend design processes and seek opportunities for standardization.Actively achieve efficiency and quality improvements through automationAdditional Addons:Evidence of substantial contribution to team development and training.Feasibility StudiesOption Selection & Value EngineeringScheme DevelopmentRisk Assessments & SpecificationsTechnical AuditsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's in mechanical engineering.10+ years of design experience Candidate should have experience in leading and managing complex design projects independently.Communication and Collaboration:Effectively communicate design concepts and technical information to clients and project stakeholders.MS office expertiseCollaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success.Participate in project meetings and presentations.
