Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced DEI Assistant Manager to support our organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DEI, excellent presentation and training skills, and experience leading or participating in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). This role will assist the DEI Lead in developing and implementing strategies to foster an inclusive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the development and implementation of DEI strategies and initiatives. 2. Collaborate with ERGs to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. drive ERG as DEI Business partners to the ERG leads 3. Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and presentations on DEI topics. 4. Conduct research and analyze best practices in DEI to inform organizational decisions. 5. Create and curate content (e.g., articles, videos, podcasts) to promote DEI awareness. 6. Develop and maintain DEI-related courses, training materials, and resources. 7. Partner with HR , business leaders and other departments to integrate DEI into organizational policies and practices. 8. Analyze data , create dashboard and metrics to measure DEI progress and identify areas for improvement. 9. Provide support for DEI-related events, programs, and initiatives. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, research, and emerging issues in DEI. Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in DEI, HR, or related field. 2. Proven track record of leading or participating in ERGs. 3. Strong knowledge of DEI concepts, theories, and best practices. 4. Excellent presentation, training, and facilitation skills. 5. Project management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple projects. 6. Strong research and analytical skills. 7. Ability to create engaging content and training materials. 8. Experience working with diverse populations (e.g., gender, generations, abilities). 9. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. 10. Masters degree in related field (e.g., HR, Organizational Development, Sociology). Nice to Have: 1. DEI certification or training (e.g., Diversity and Inclusion Certification, Implicit Bias Training). 2. Experience with DEI software and tools (e.g., diversity metrics, survey analysis). 3. Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design. 4. Experience with content creation and curation. 5. Knowledge of accessibility and accommodations. Competencies: 1.
