With a structure on a human scale, it places the experience of its employees at the heart of all its managerial concerns.Reporting to the India Area Director and in coordination with the rest of the areas, the selected person will assume the following functions and responsibilities:Generate new refractory business (Recognizing business opportunities and pursuing them)Make visits to customers on a constant and regular basis, being in the field to detect new needs and opportunitiesCoordinate with the Head of SAT and/or R&D, new improvement projects, sharing ideas, providing all the vision and develop the customer experiencesEngage with internal and external customers to improve products and business processesPutting together bids to win new business and tenders with the support of a trustable and consolidated company in refractory businessPreparation of the annual Budget of estimated sales for all customers in your areaNegotiating and agreeing contracts with customers and partnersTaking responsibility for the financial management of projectsCreating and maintaining long-term productive relations with customersAdhering to regulatory guidelinesProfile requiredProfessional in engineering (industrial or chemical).At least 5 years of experience in steel mills (preferably BOF shops) and / or refractory supplier to steel industry.You have a perfect command of English and Hindi. Odiya will be a plus.You are a results-oriented person with good business commercial and communication skills. In addition, you place importance on time management and have strong analytical skills.
