We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead with deep expertise in SAP Concur, SAP S/4 HANA, and financial transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both SAP FICO and Concur, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformations, independently managing projects, and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead large transformation projects in SAP FICO and SAP Concur, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.Independently manage all aspects of project planning, budgeting, execution, and performance monitoring.Lead technical and functional teams, oversee project resources, and drive effective communication with stakeholders.Lead end-to-end implementation processes, focusing on integration within SAP S/4 HANA and compatibility with modules such as SD, MM, and HCM.Ensure successful integration with third-party systems and conduct solution documentation and functional specification preparation.Present project updates and complex information to stakeholders clearly and effectively.Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and cross-functional teamwork.Required Qualifications and Experience:15+ years of SAP Concur/SAP FICO experience with in-depth functional knowledge of SAP T&E.SAP Concur/ SAP FICO certification preferred.Minimum of 5 full-cycle SAP E2E implementations.Strong expertise in financial modules, including New GL, AR, AP, Banking, Asset Management, Cost Center, and Profitability Accounting.Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA and knowledge of cross-module integration points with SD, MM, and HCM.Basic ABAP knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and issue identification.Key Skills and Attributes:Strong ability to lead complex transformation projects, managing resources, budgets, and timelines independently.Strong accounting and financial analysis skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present project insights and outcomes.Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and engage cross-functional teams effectivelyTHIS OPENING IS FOR FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY.If interested, please share your updated CV to nehabharti.narang@hcltech.com.Thanks & RegardsTeam HCL AGG
