This is a unique opportunity to create impactful designs for AI AgriTech (INNOFarms.AI), Green mobility solutions, e-commerce marketplaces, fintech apps, and more, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring MVPs to life and validate business hypotheses.What You'll Do Key Responsibilities: 1. UX/UI Design & Prototyping: •  Develop intuitive and visually engaging UX/UI designs for mobile and web applications in diverse sectors such as FinTech, Green Mobility, E-commerce/ HealthyRetail Marketplace, and UrbanTech. •    Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. •  Ensure user flows are seamless, user-centric, and optimized for mobile and web platforms.2.  User Research & Validation:            •   Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user pain points and refine designs.            •   Collaborate with the team to validate MVP ideas and iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.3.     Cross-Functional Collaboration:            •   Work closely with product managers (potential to work as a Product Manager), developers, and Founder and CEO/business teams to align designs with venture goals and technical constraints.            •   Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.4.     Branding & Innovation:            •   Lead the creation and implementation of innovative design solutions to address challenges unique to startups. Support the development of scalable branding and design systems for cross-venture consistency and market differentiation.            •   Innovate creative solutions for challenges unique to early-stage startups, ensuring alignment with venture studio objectives. (must have) 5.     Agility in Execution:            •   Rapidly iterate and adapt to evolving project requirements, delivering quality outputs under tight timelines.            •   Contribute ideas for improving team workflows and project processes to maximize efficiency.Who You AreQualifications & Experience:    •  For Full-Time Candidates:            •   2-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for innovative Startups, Venture Studio, Creative Agencies on B2B/B2C mobile and web products & platforms applications.    •          For Freelancers:            •   Demonstrated experience working with startups or early-stage companies with a strong portfolio of completed projects.    •          For Interns:            •   Exceptional final-year students or recent graduates with relevant coursework or project experience and a stellar portfolio.Core Skills:    •          Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.    •          Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and design thinking frameworks.    •          Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.    •          Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.    •          Strong communication skills to present design ideas effectively to stakeholders.Personal Traits: (very critical for us; this will make or break your application for this role)    •  Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where innovation is key.
