Thethe ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of React and front-end development, along with proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership: Lead a team of React developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship.Project Oversight: Manage the front-end development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and high-performing applications.Architecture: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient front-end architecture using React.Innovation: Stay current with the latest front-end technologies and trends, and implement them where appropriate to enhance our applications.Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the application.Mentorship: Support the professional growth of team members by sharing knowledge, conducting training sessions, and fostering a learning environmentQualifications:Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.Technical Skills:Proficiency in React.js and its core principles.Strong understanding of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel,npm, Yarn).Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and asynchronous request handling.Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress).Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues.Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.Strong organizational and project management skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
