The Salesforce Senior Developer plays a key role within the Business Application Team (BIZ Apps). He /She will own all the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com instance. The successful candidate will have a record of success in designing solutions and improving processes adoption using the Force.com platform. The developer will work closely with salesforce team to identify develop and deploy new business processes including Sales enablement, Marketing solutions, Experience cloud, CPQ , 3rd Party integrations and our core program business processes. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing solutions, all development tasks along day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.Responsibilities:Expertise in SFDC development using Lightning Components, LWC, JS, HTML, CSS, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual Force pages, REST API's.Experience in CPQ implementation/ Revenue cloudExperience in Administration, Configuration, Customization, Implementation and Support of Salesforce applications/customizations based on LC, LWC, Apex and Visual Force LanguagesDevelop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality and AppExchange Apps based on evolving business needs.Must possess an extensive expertise in salesforce Sales cloud and full sales life cycle (lead to opportunity and to quotes).Identify, diagnose, and report technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriatelyDocument existing processes and update them as they are rolled out and revisedCreate unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans for new enhancements, including use cases and test dataEstablish, implement, and administer best practices with regards to system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, data integrity, duplicates, etcIdentify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes centered on the Salesforce.com platform.Work directly with other consultants/ Developers to support and drive larger (more complex) projects.Stay up to date on SFDC capabilities and releases and identify what would be good fit for the application and organizationRequired Qualifications:Must possess the Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Developer II credentialsShould have 6 - 8 years of Salesforce.com extensive development & Integration experience in complex environmentsMinimum 2 years of demonstrated experience in Salesforce Lightning Components (Aura).Hands-on integration and webservices experience using REST / SOAP API'sDemonstrates full understanding of the Salesforce.com stack and experienced with the Sales CloudMust be comfortable manipulating data outside of Salesforce.com in Excel and/or external DatabasesClear written and verbal communication skills an absolute mustShould possess superior self-motivationEager to learn new technologies and solve problems.Bachelor's degree in a related field, or the equivalent in experience.
