Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent for roles in engineering, IT, and other technology-driven departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, tools, and processes, paired with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Engagement:Identify and engage top technical talent through platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other specialized channels.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering, IT, data science, and other technical roles.Candidate Screening & Assessment:Review technical resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and facilitate technical interviews, assessments, and coding challenges.Partner with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and align on hiring criteria.Full-Cycle Recruitment:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to extending offers.Provide candidates with an exceptional recruitment experience, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.Collaborate with HR to negotiate and finalize offer letters and onboarding logistics.Collaboration & Relationship Management:Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by providing insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.Build strong relationships with candidates, creating a positive impression of the company's employer brand.Process Optimization:Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates and streamline the hiring process.Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, and recommend process improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, either in-house or with a staffing agency.Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills, including programming languages, software tools, and IT infrastructure.Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with technical assessments and coding challenges.Experience recruiting for specialized roles in (specific industry, e.g., SaaS, fintech, AI).Certification in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM, AIRS).Why Join Us?(Highlight perks such as competitive salary, flexible work environment, professional development opportunities, and team culture.)Let me know if you'd like adjustments tailored to a specific company, industry, or role!
