The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth deployment of applications or services. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact with cross-functional teams and clients to address and resolve technical challenges effectively.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to resolve software, system, and deployment issues.Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications, ensuring seamless implementation.Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify and troubleshoot technical challenges.Document processes, technical solutions, and FAQs for internal and client use.Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide timely updates and resolutions.Monitor system performance and suggest optimisations.Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in the tech stack and deployment processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical KnowledgeHands-on experience with AWS, Azure, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation tools.Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging software issues.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsExperience in customer support or client-facing technical roles.Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Bash.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and learning.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
