We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts within the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive network in the IT industry and proven expertise in IT sales to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and secure long-term client relationships. This role involves spearheading sourcing and sales strategies for decommissioned IT assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and fostering innovation in ITAD processes.As a senior leader, you will build and mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive the adoption of best practices to position our ITAD services as a market leader. Your strategic vision, industry insights, and ability to execute will be instrumental in achieving organizational goals and driving sustainable growth.Position: Associate Director (B2B)Job Profile:Developing and executing business strategies to expand market share in the ITAD industry, focusing on partnerships with IT companies to drive revenue growth and establish a leadership position.Building a robust network of potential clients and partners within the IT sector, leveraging existing relationships and creating new opportunities to enhance business presence.Driving IT asset acquisition and sales efforts by identifying IT companies as key clients for sourcing decommissioned assets and offering end-to-end ITAD services.Spearheading sourcing and sales activities for ITAD, ensuring cost-effective procurement, efficient processes, and strategic growth aligned with organizational objectives.Leading a high-performing team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement to meet business objectives.Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT clients, vendors, and partners, to ensure smooth operations, repeat business, and long-term success.Monitoring market trends, compliance requirements, and industry developments specific to ITAD to capitalize on emerging opportunities, mitigate risks, and maintain a competitive edge.Establishing and achieving performance metrics, sourcing targets, and sales goals while adhering to the highest standards of ethics and regulatory compliance in ITAD operations.Implementing best practices in ITAD processes, ensuring compliance with data destruction standards, environmental regulations, and client security requirements.Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in IT sales, ITAD, or business development at a senior level, with a strong track record of driving growth and managing teams. Established network within the IT sector, including relationships with IT companies and key stakeholders, with demonstrated success in deal-making and partnerships. In-depth knowledge of IT asset disposition processes, including data security, compliance standards, and environmental considerations. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to lead complex discussions and close deals effectively.Experience in managing high-level client relationships, including understanding their IT asset lifecycle needs and delivering tailored solutions.Innovative problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to structuring deals and overcoming business challenges.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage, particularly if relevant to the ITAD market.
