The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing channels. Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management:Execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.Strategy Development:Assist in the development and execution of performance marketing strategies to achieve client goals, targeting the right audience through efficient and cost-effective channels.Keyword Research & Audience Targeting:Conduct in-depth keyword research, identify new opportunities for targeting, and create tailored audience segments for campaigns based on client goals.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Monitor the performance of campaigns regularly and provide insights on key metrics such as ROI, CTR, CPA, conversion rates, etc. Use data to analyze trends, measure success, and implement improvements.A/B Testing & Optimization:Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve performance and conversion rates. Constantly tweak campaigns to achieve optimal results.Budget Management:Work within set budgets, ensuring that performance marketing efforts are cost-effective and aligned with overall business objectives.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to create compelling ad copies, graphics, and landing pages that drive higher engagement and conversion.Stay Up-to-Date with Trends:Continuously research and stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.Client Reporting:Provide regular reports and updates to clients, presenting campaign performance, analysis, and recommendations for optimization.Qualifications and SkillsExperience:1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role, preferably within an agency environment. Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) is a must.Education:A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and Google Analytics. Analytical Skills:Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and interpret performance metrics. Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools to create reports.Attention to Detail:A keen eye for detail, particularly when it comes to campaign setup, ad copy, and creative assets.Problem-Solving Skills:Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot campaign issues, optimize performance, and pivot strategies when necessary.Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
