Position - Content Lead Experience - 6 to 12yrsLocation-Noida Sec -63 (Hybrid model) Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop content strategy and planning and take the lead in building collaterals to unify, coordinate, and advance Damco's strategy across all marketing and sales initiatives.Market Research, Target Audience Study, Monitoring, Buying Process ResearchActs as the marketing liaison for various internal departments - Presales, Delivery working closely with them to proactively develop showcase collaterals for brand, prospects, and customers.Develop content for brochures, capability presentations, lead engagement presentations, case studies, business use cases, reports, and webinar/video scripts supporting marketing/sales goals, objectives and tactics as needed.Interview business SMEs and conduct own research to develop offering value proposition developing strong impression of the business.Periodically research and review the business communication and collaterals of competitors/contemporary technology companies and create strong differentiation in Damco's business collaterals.Guest blogging on industry leading publications.Develop standard performance metrics and report content marketing ROI I results to seniors and management.Conduct analysis and prepare content performance reports.Qualification & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Business Management or a related field.Minimum 6-7 years of experience in content and copy writing in a SaaS/B2B/IT/Technology environment.Proven experience in deploying business-focused literature, from idea to execution.Demonstrable writing and copy-editing skills for various formats relevant to the B2B environment.Expertise in researching from high-quality and authentic sources.Familiarity with established and emerging technologies.Good to haveSEOUX WritingDesign SenseAbout DamcoWe are a global technology company with more than two decades of core IT experience.
