Roles & Responsibilities:Understand & capture the training requirement of R&D.Designing and developing training for R&D in close collaboration with various subject matter experts.Implementing technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning.Support to develop new customized learning solutions.Identify, evaluate & enroll new training agencies to cater the training need.Planning & Execution of training as per TNI received.Vendor payment management.Miscellaneous activities (MIS, SOP preparation etc.).Required Skills:MS Office (Outlook/PowerPoint/Excel/Word etc..)Data management & analysisEssential:B.E / B.
