Our business is anchored by a passion for innovation brought to life by a global community of diverse individuals determined to deliver on the promise of data mastery, legal acumen, and human ingenuity.REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES:Bachelor's Degree9+ years as System Engineer in a Medium to Large Enterprise EnvironmentMust have experience with NSX-T managementMust have experience with vmware vsphere, vcenterShould have experience with vRops, vRLI,vrealize network insight(vRNI)Should have experience with VMWare horizion view (VDI)Good to have experience with vSANGood to have experience with SRMGood to have experience Windows OS/Linux operating systemShould have knowledge on ticketing tool Service now etc.Should be comfortable with Incident management, Change Management, Service request management and problem management.Advanced troubleshooting, analysis, and creative thinking skills.Advanced understanding of client server technologyExperience with Patching , upgrade to VMware stackUnderstanding of technical support practices such as ticket documentation, SLAs, and escalation processes.Any configuration management tool such as Chef or any automation tool would be a plusQuick learner, self-starter, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Able to work within time constraints and follow set processes and procedures.Customer focused, a team player, and able to work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Industry certifications such as VCP,VCAP,DCV, ITIL V3/V4,etc. a plusAdvanced level analytical and problem-solving abilities.Should be comfortable with24*7 support in rotational shift.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the VMware environmentProvide Escalation support for VMWare hosted infrastructure, Windows servers/Linux servers, and enterprise 3rd party systems.Support and maintain core VMware services including ESXi hosts, vcenter servers, VMware horizon, vRops, vRNI,vRLI, SRM.Support and maintain 3rd party on-prem and cloud-based enterprise systems.
