The Data Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as data analytics, statistical analysis, data modeling, and effective communication of insights to stakeholders.- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from complex datasets and drive actionable recommendations.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.-Statistical analyses to solve business problems and drive business outcomes.- Conduct exploratory data analysis and data visualization to uncover patterns, trends, and anomalies in the data.- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences through compelling presentations and reports.- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, analytics, and technology trends, and apply them to enhance our analytical capabilities.- Advise internal teams on the right analytical models, analytic platforms and approaches to take in addressing complex, open-ended business problems.- Able to lead workstreams and modules independently or with minimal supervision.Requirements: - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL.- Hands-on experience with statistical modeling techniques.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles is preferred.Competencies: • Perform all work and activities with honesty and integrity.• Effectively communicate (and listen) clearly, professionally, politely and persuasively in all situations; respond well and in a reasonable, timely manner.• Challenge conventional practices and use creativity and information to lead, innovate, problem solve, and implement ideas to contribute to the growth of the organization.• Support and meet company/department goals and core values.• Collaborate with co-workers to achieve common goals.• Take personal responsibility for productivity, quality and timeliness of work.• Great communications skills• Problem Solving/Analysis AGG
