Reimagine what's possible!Job OverviewMinimum 6 to 8 years relevant experience working as a Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in medium/large firms. Complete understanding of Hire to Retire processes in HCM.ResponsibilitiesWork in a global support environment and grasp business concepts to set up applications accordingly.Configure EC data models, workflows, MDF Alerts & business rules, Benefits, Time off/Time sheet, Document templates.Set up Payroll systems, data replication, Payment configuration.Understand Role-based Permissions and the performance management process in a global organization.Anchor meetings and engage member firms during project calls.Develop business documents and manage system support activities.Perform data transformation and manipulation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.QualificationsWork Experience: 6 to 8 years relevant experience working as a Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) in medium/large firms.Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.Knowledge: SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll.Skills: EC payroll modules, SAP Payroll, Business Analytics, SAP SuccessFactors.Certificates: Certified SF ECP Consultant.Experience in SF compensation is an advantage.Should have been part of at least 2 implementations.Exhibit strong communication, leadership, and comprehension abilities.Proactive, self-directed, resourceful, and a team player with self-management skills.Ability to work across cultures and build strong relationships in a global environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.More than 23,000 passionate, talented, and committed employees from diverse backgrounds are driven by Air Products' higher purpose to create innovative solutions that benefit the environment, enhance sustainability, and reimagine what's possible to address the challenges facing customers, communities, and the world.
