The CNA will interact directly withpatients, providing comfort and transportation, monitoring theirvital signs and assisting with daily living needs. We are searchingfor a dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to be avital link between our patients and the nurses and other facilitystaff. CNAResponsibilities Providing great patientcare. Answeringpatient calls and determining how best to helpthem. Providingphysical support for patients or residents with daily activitiesand personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, getting out ofbed, - using the toilet, walking, standing, orexercising. Turningand repositioning bedridden patients.Ensuring patients or residents receiveappropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, foodallergies, and preferences.Obtaining a wide range of information fromphysicians, caregivers, and nurses about patient conditions,treatment plans, and suggested activities.Measuring and recording food and liquidintake and urinary and fecal output and reporting changes tomedical or nursing staff.Recording vital signs, including bloodpressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate as requested bystaff. Examiningpatients to detect issues requiring medical care, including openwounds, bruises, or blood in the urine.Reminding patients to take medications andnutritional supplements.Noting observations of patient behavior,including complaints, or physical symptoms tonurses. Stay up todate on CNA training and facility policy andprocedure. CNARequirements tate Certified Nursing AssistantCertification.Current CPR (American HeartAssociation). Nursingdegree from a CNA program.Ability to think and work independently andwith direction, and communicate with staff members in a fast-pacedand sometimes stressful environment.Current certification as a Certified NursingAssistant. HighSchool graduate or equivalent.Currentidentification.Comfortable using acomputer. Excellentpersonal hygiene. DocumentRequirements Driver'sLicenseSocial Security (Ifnot a citizen the, Passport, Resident Card, and/or VotersCard)CPRCard (Copy of Front and Backof the Card and it cannotbe anonlinecourse)state License (For CNAs) or StateCertificate (75 Hrs for HHAs)PhysicalExamUpdatedResumeCovid VaccineCertificate WorkingHoursFlexible by Shift orPer DiemPayScale:Weekly Gross :$800Location:Fremont, CalforniaBenefits Benefits - Medical, Dental, VSP(as per company policy)CEU CreditsTravel PerksRetirement Planeligibility PTOeligibility
