About the Centre: BestStart is a leader in early childhood education, providing high-quality care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We are now inviting expressions of interest to join our dynamic start-up team at BestStart Park Green, a beautiful, purpose-built centre opening in February 2025.  Licensed for 100 tamariki, the centre will feature four thoughtfully designed classrooms, including one for under 2s. Located in the growing Rosehill, Karaka area, BestStart Park Green is set in a family-friendly community known for its scenic countryside, vibrant lifestyle, and convenient access to local amenities.  About the role: We are seeking a well-organised and approachable experienced Centre Administrator to join our friendly team. This crucial role supports the success of our centre by ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.  As the Centre Administrator, you’ll manage tasks like bookings, data entry, parent inquiries, and maintaining accurate accounts, while delivering excellent customer service to our Whānau. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in IT (especially Word and Excel) are essential. You’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our National Admin Support team, ensuring you meet all necessary requirements.  This is a permanent role working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
