Cradock Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for a mature person to join the team as a Beef and Pecan Nut Farm Manager. Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
- 5 years’ experience in beef farm management
- Computer literate
- Strong stockmanship
- Previous pecan nut farm experience advantageous
- Experience with irrigation systems – sprayers
- Ability to motivate and work with staff
- Must be honest, hardworking and have ownership mentality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must be maintenance orientated
- Valid driver's license
