ResponsibilitiesRoles and responsibilities include

cost estimation and bill of quantities: preparing the detailed cost estimates and bill of quantities for all phases of the construction project

verification of IPCs: verifying contractors' Interim Payment Certificates after taking detailed measurements of executed work

variation claim: manage and assess claims related to construction variation, including verification of rate analysis

project valuation: performing regular valuations of work through measurement of executed works on site, in progress, and completed work to ensure correct payments

value engineering: applying value engineering methods to propose cost-effective alternatives to designs and materials that improve functionality while reducing costs without sacrificing quality

RequirementsEligibility Criteria / Requirements

minimum B Tech (Mechanical) from a recognized institute

computer literacy is essential

minimum Five-year working experience in the field of construction work ( Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in construction projects with reputed firms)
