Clinical Research Coordinator (Contract) National University Health System Singapore Job Description NUHS Department of Family Medicine The Clinical Research Coordinator will assist the investigators in conducting clinical trials and research according to study protocol, Singapore Guideline for Clinical Practice (SGGCP) and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements and hospital policies. Job Responsibilities Plan, organise and coordinate trial study activities workflow Handle data entry and validation of study data to ensure data is recorded correctly Maintain Investigator Site File and ensure that all study documents are complete and up to date Assist investigators in screening and recruitment of potential research subjects / patients / healthy volunteers as according to trial protocol Perform venepuncture and cannulation as required to trial protocol if any Maintain and update screening log & enrolment logs Schedule appointments for patients / subjects Ensure compliance with the SGGCP and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements and restructured / polyclinics’ policies if applicable Assist investigators in applying for ethics review and to the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) for clinical trial certificates (if required) Perform any other duties as and when assigned Job Requirements Possess a Degree in Nursing or relevant Ability to perform venepuncture and collection of urine specimen if applicable in research Proficient in MS office application (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills Meticulous with ability to work independently and proactively Resourceful with strong administrative and organizational skills Possess creativity with an attitude to make things happen Adaptability in adjusting to a fast moving environment Additional Information Career Level Non-Executive Qualification Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Years of Experience 1 year Job Type Full-Time Job Specializations Healthcare, Practitioner/Medical Asst, Admin/Human Resources, Clerical/Administrative Support Company Overview About the National University Health System (NUHS) Spanning three acute hospitals, two community hospitals, three national centres, six polyclinics, three family medicine clinics, and three health science institutions, our unique and comprehensive ecosystem anchors NUHS as a leading academic health system in Singapore – driven by research and education.
