- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR system.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and staff claims.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
- Assist with performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to handle complex employee relations issues and resolve conflicts effectively
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Ability to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Experience in coordinating and conducting training programs
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment
