It is a fast-paced job, and we need adaptable and flexible people with a great attitude.About the role:The successful candidate will be assisting the HR department in implementing the HR strategy and ensuring all the HR functions are coordinated. Company size 150+ operational in 3 countries. The role will involve hands-on employee contact to ensure employee engagement and excellence. The role holder is also required to have a good handle on HR analytics as they will be responsible for data collection, reporting, and analysis. Other attributes required are strong attention to detail and effective multitasking and prioritizing.Skills required:HR related experienceKnowledge of the regulations and laws governing the labor marketUniversity DegreeFluency in EnglishTeam playerJob Description List (but not limited to):RecruitmentPosts adverts and sources candidatesShortlists CVsTelephone screens candidatesFirst line interviewsArranges interviewsArranges and delivers assessment centresGives feedback to candidatesSaves suitable CVs for talent poolUpdates Job descriptionsOnboardingIssues offer letters and tracks offersLinks with PRO for visa processing and produces weekly visa update reportsCreates and maintains employee filesIssues contracts in required timescalesCollects all new joiner informationDelivers HR induction presentation and employee handbook informationCollects all induction completion paperwork and records for KPI trackingCollects all probation assessment paperwork and records for KPI trackingEmployee relationsFirst point of contact for all employeesAdvises and refers to policies where appropriateRefers to HR Admin Manager and HR Manager when appropriateMaintains shared driver to ensure up to date with all policies and proceduresTrainingOrganizes events with best value purchasing in mindInvites all attendeesCollects feedback from training eventsLogs attendances and feedbackIssues Line Managers with feedback reportsIssues Line managers with training log for team in line with appraisal cycle and performance reviewsDelivers induction programmeResearch training events and negotiates with vendorsDisciplinary and grievanceScreens warning letters to ensure all evidence is sufficientIssues warning letters on direction of HR advisorTracks all warnings issuedAttends disciplinary meetings, poor performance, capability and grievance to take notesCollects all evidence and documents for disciplinary hearingsCoordinates and arranges interviews and hearings for disciplinary and grievanceFirst point of call to report absenceTracks all absence and logs on attendance recordCollects self-certificates and return to work interviewsIdentifies any patterns of concern and raises with Line Manager and HR advisorAttends absence concern meetings to take notesReceives all daily time record and quality assuresTracks TOIL due and links with Line Managers to ensure resolved asapExit and separationFirst point of call for resignationsCollects and tracks all reasons for resignation/termination and raises concernsNotifies payroll and processes EOSBRecord keeping and performanceMonitors and tracks all KPIsCollects data for KPIs and produces KPI reportProduces analytical reports for HR stats
