Social Media Admin

A Social Media Admin will be responsible as well for the design, implementation and management of company's Digital Marketing Campaigns on Social Media Platforms and Google. It involves occasionally outdoor task with agents and build their portfolio and social media presence. A youthful, friendly, dynamic candidate is required for this position as it requires outdoor activities. Kindly do not apply if you don't have experience in UAE Real Estate, your application will be rejected.Responsibilities and Duties:Set up, optimize, create and execute on organic and paid Ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok.Use Google AdWords to create display and video advertising campaignsDesign effective emails that generate leadsDesign, ad create e-brochures, banners, flyers, advertising materials and other graphic artworks for the companySocial Media MarketingSEOAnalyticsMarket Research & Digital StrategyOutdoor Activities with AgentsRequirements:Minimum of 2 years' experience on admin and social media advertising in Real Estate.Real-estate properties market experience in Digital Marketing is desirable.2-5 years strong lead generation experience with focus on advertising, content development and creative campaigns that generate sales leads and inquiries from buyersBachelor's degree or a Certificate in Digital Marketing, Digital Communications, Graphic Design and Advertising.Strong knowledge Email Campaign Systems, Facebook, Instagram, Google / data Analytics and Google AdWords, CRM Systems, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office Suite, copy-writing and copy-editing, SEO, marketing campaigns, strategic planning, user experience and web development.Excellent in English (Written and Oral knowledge)
