Rust Belt Resources has partnered with a national manufacturer on a Financial Analysis role with the organization's corporate FP&A team. The ideal person will have 2+ years of budgeting, KPI and trend analysis, and presentation skills.ResponsibilitiesAssist FP&A Manager with retrieving and reviewing transactional sales and purchasing data to identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business and industry.Support the management team through the creation of ad hoc templates, reports, and analysis.Work with the various departments to gather, assemble and analyze monthly business results for presentation to the senior management team.Assist with annual and quarterly metric tracking and calculations.Assist the FP&A manager with the monthly business closing procedures.Prepare reports on financial performance tailored to the needs of leadership.Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Study and analyze trends and forecasts to inform recommended actions.Assist with the annual budget preparation.RequirementsBachelors in Finance or Accounting2+ years experience in FP&A, trend analysis, metric reporting, and support corporate finance functionProficient in Excel and Great Plains (preferred)Understanding of GAAP and financial statementsExcellent communication and willingness to present to leadershipBenefitsFull Benefits Package including:Medical, Dental, VisionSupplemental coverages, paid life insurance, STD, LTD401k with matchPaid time off and holidaysSalary + Bonus
