As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.Founded in 1987 with more than 35 years of experience.Job DescriptionDevelop detailed MEP layouts, diagrams, and schematics based on project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.Create 2D and 3D models of MEP systems using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design concepts.Review and modify designs to meet project requirements, address technical issues, and optimize systems for efficiency.Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) and assist in material selection and procurement processes.Maintain accurate records and documentation of all drawings and revisions.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and advancements in MEP design technology.QualificationsA degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) with a strong emphasis on MEP design.Previous experience in MEP design and drafting, preferably in consulting or related fields.Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards related to MEP systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
